Evidence is the most important aspect in resolving cases in court, especially to convince judges to make decisions that are as fair as possible.

Regarding evidence, of course, there are differences between criminal law and civil law. Evidence recognized in civil proceedings is regulated in Article 1866 of the Civil Code, and Article 164 of HIR, while in criminal proceedings it is regulated in Article 184 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
